Shipment Handling of rubber goods by HIC
Bulk quantity orders are packed in sea-worthy jute or HDPE in Rolls or Bags shipped via sea in less than container loads (LCL) or by air. Sea freight (BL) or Air freight (AWB) charges payable at destination.
Larger orders also shipped by sea in full 20 foot or 40 foot containers if specifically advised, stuffing clear dimensions being:
20’ size FCL container Volume ( l x w x h ) = LONG 233.4 inch (=19.4 ft) x WIDE 92.5 inch (=7.7 ft) x HIGH 90 inch (=7.5 ft) Load Weight 20’ container = up to 18 tons.
40 feet size container Volume ( l x w x h ) = LONG 39.4 ft x WIDE 7.7 ft x HIGH 7.5 ft ; Load Weight = up to 21 tons. If you prefer, HIC can ship the goods through your Nominated freight forwarder as well.
Small orders are shipped overseas via DHL or FedEx or Aramex courier, for which your Authorization Account number be sent to be booked on “Freight To Collect“ basis, together with complete acceptable physical address and phone or mobile number.
Some orders requiring specialized boxing or packing, EXTRA charges may be applicable. All shipping arrangements can be easily handled by HIC International.
Domestic orders are dispatched to any destination in India by Road Transport, Gati or TCI or ARC or Jaipur Golden on COD basis.

17 feet size truck Volume ( l x w x h ) = LONG 17 ft x WIDE 7 ft x HIGH 8 ft ; Load Weight = up to 9 tons.
22 feet size truck Volume ( l x w x h ) = LONG 22 ft x WIDE 7 ft x HIGH 8 ft ; Load Weight = up to 15 tons.
40 feet size trailer Volume ( l x w x h ) = LONG 40 ft x WIDE 8 ft x HIGH 8 ft ; Load Weight = up to 20 tons.
Shipping Time, generally within 4-6 weeks or as stipulated in quote and accepted order.
Payment mode acceptable by HIC
Payment is by Telegraphic Transfer to HIC’s given Swift Code and bank account held in New Delhi India, for all export orders. Shipment is effected immediately after receipt of balance exact due amount after adjusting the desired remitted advance sum. US$25 bank fee for each TT is applicable please.
For domestic sales within India, Payment is accepted by RTGS to HIC’s given bank account number, IFSC Code, held in New Delhi or by Demand Draft or Payable at Par Cheque.
